Peter James Bradley

Managing Director

Peter Bradley is a well-known Airport professional; in addition to being the MD of Rexor Technology Ltd, Peter is also a Director of Pathfinder, of TCA-Global and of other international companies. Peter has more than 50 years in the industry as an experienced Airport Consultant, ICAO Technical Expert,  hands-on Project Manager and ICT designer with several multi-national airport systems and services companies, including: Ferranti International plc Datel Technologies Ltd, Korea Airports (KOACA), ABB Airport Technologies, the International Civil Aviation Organisation  (ICAO), TCA Global GmbH, CSE International , WIPRO, Pacific Consultants International and for the last 6 years as founder and Managing Director of Rexor Technologies Limited.  

Peter has worked and led projects in all areas of the globe including airline systems for BOAC, BEA, British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Swiss Air, Thai Airways and airport systems for London Heathrow, Kennedy Int Airport, Manchester Int Airport, Incheon International, Seoul; Suvarnabhumi International, Bangkok; Toronto Pearson, Toronto,; Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Kiev, Lviv, & Donetsk Airports in Ukraine, and in several Central & South American countries including Guatemala, Panama City and Lima, Peru and others

Tony Berzins

Technical Director

Over 35 years Aviation sector experience working for Airports, Ground Handling Agents and Airlines.  Experience gained working in the Middle East, Europe, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and the UK. Consultant, Senior Executive Management, Strategist, Cargo, Freight and Logistics business board member.  Has experience working with and alongside some of the leading design and construction companies including ARUP, Parsons, Turner & Townsend, MACE and others.

Roger Jardine-Clarke

Marketing Director

Joined Rexor Technology Limited in April 2019 to develop technical and business growth solutions in Australasia and the Asia Pacific region where despite the severe impact of the Coronavirus pandemic on airline and airport activity since early 2020, the aviation industry is forecast to grow exponentially over the coming decade. Now based in Perth, Western Australia, Roger has over 40 years as a successful Sales and Marketing professional in the Defence, Maritime and Aerospace industry globally; with particular focus on the Asia Pacific region, having worked at Senior Management levels for several major multi-national companies including Ferranti International, GKN-Westland Helicopters, and Logica PLC in South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, and in the Americas; notably Canada and South America. After moving to Australia in 1998 and running Greenwich House Defence Group Pty Ltd, became a Principal in Clarke Corporate Communications & Consulting, a lobbying firm for international companies conducting business in Australia.

Cherry Zhang

Associate Director, China & South East Asia

Cherry Zhang is an economist with electrical automation engineer background, speaks 4 languages. Cherry  started her work as an electrical engineer after studying electrical  automation at college, after a short period of time she found her place is in the commercial world, so returned to the UK to the University of Warwick where  she studied for a degree in economics , and remained in the commercial world , using her experience and skills, creatring an establishing a  formidableand successful  reputation in both private and public sector. Cherry  had 15 years of commercial experience in the transportation sector; during this time, she chaired a company’s credit risk committee; worked as aviation sector lead on international trade and investment at government / commercial / industrial level, importantly, is highly experienced with related policies within both the UK and China.  

Cherry  is experienced in international trade and investment, her strong negotiation skills have been tested in this field in the past 10 years; has led or participated in several international airport projects in different countries. 

She lectures language at universities; designed and leads a charity; she is also a founder / owner / MD of a successful international export and import company 

Malcolm Harris

Associated Director - Thailand & South East Asia

Malcolm Harris is an Incorporated Engineer, registered in the UK, has a Professional Diploma in Management, is a Member of Institute of Engineering and Technology, and Member of Chartered Managers Institute. Over 40 year career in Telecoms, Networking solutions, contract management and business development he started in BT (UK) as an apprentice up to Executive Engineer, with 10 years as Vice President Siemens Thailand and MD for the Network Systems business, Global risk and contract management for strategic industries (metro/airports/pipelines) in Alcatel-Lucent, and in APJ contract management Nokia. He has experience of projects in most APJ countries and some experience in Africa. Malcolm has worked at Ministerial level in Thailand, Myanmar and Russia. His experience covers all business disciplines and he has significant projects as reference from high impact sales through to operational. He is a qualified project manager, and ISO 31000 risk management proponent

Glen Molloy

Director, Operations & Flight Operations

Ops Director Glen Molloy, BA Hons (Squadron Leader, RAF Rtd) is an experienced military and civilian aviator, having flown and instructed on both aeroplanes and helicopters.  After lengthy service in the military he joined the airline community, has been a simulator instructor and is a current Airbus airline captain.  In his service career he has managed RAF training at local and national level and was involved in the setting up of a large flying school and aircraft selection.  As a Rexor Operations Director he gives aviation related advice and has sourced high value equipment:  eg, simulators and aircraft to several worldwide companies.  For leisure he builds and flies vintage aircraft.

Klaus Hundertmark

European Associate Director

Klaus has over 40 years in the Airports and aviation industry arena,  starting out as a young freelancer with Univac involved in USAS projects organising  the data transfer from the Sperry Univac 494 to the Sperry Univac 1100 as part of the Univac system replacement at Deutsche Lufthansa in the late 1970’s. Following his initial work at Unisys he founded H & H Consultants in 1980 working on numerous Airport projects throughout Europe incl R & D work for Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) and as the Project Director for the first Air Traffic Control Information System (ATCISS) at Copenhagen’s Kastrup Airport Denmark.He has since become a well known and successful senior management figure in the Airport Industry both in major international organisations including as Senior Vice President – Business Development for ABB Airport Technologies GmbH and for the last 20 years as the CEO and President of the Transportation and Communications Agency (TCA) GmbH, working in airports throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Malcolm is a fluent German and English speaker.
